Dry Heat is a premium Western wear brand based in Phoenix, Arizona, making heritage-constructed apparel for wanderers of the borderland. We design in Arizona and combine vintage American workwear construction with the soul of Mexican craftsmanship — chain-stitched details, natural fabrics, real leather, and cuts built to be worn hard and age well.
Dry Heat is designed in Phoenix, Arizona, in the Sonoran Desert borderland between the American Southwest and northern Mexico. The landscape is not a prop — it is where every collection is conceived, prototyped, and photographed.
Each Dry Heat piece is made in small runs by partner workshops across the US and Mexico, chosen for their specialty — chain-stitching in Mexico City, heritage denim in Los Angeles, heavyweight knit cotton in the Carolinas. We publish the country of manufacture on every product page so you always know where the piece came from.
Dry Heat uses natural fibers — heavyweight cotton, linen blends, real canvas, and leather — and avoids synthetic blends wherever possible. Our tees are spun from combed ring-spun cotton, our socks from merino + cotton blends built for long walks, and our outerwear from sanforized canvas that softens with wear.
Dry Heat tees and carpenter pants run true to size with a slightly relaxed cut designed for layering and movement. If you are between sizes, size down for a vintage fit and size up for a drape-forward fit. Socks are offered in two heights (Low Drift, ankle-height; High Drift, mid-calf) and one unisex shoe size range.
Wash Dry Heat cotton pieces cold, inside-out, and line-dry them to preserve color, hand, and stitching. Chain-stitched embroidery and single-stitch vintage hems prefer gentle cycles — no hot water, no high-heat tumble, no bleach. A cold wash every 3–4 wears is plenty; natural fibers self-refresh in dry air.

Dry Heat accepts returns on unworn, unwashed garments within 30 days of delivery. Socks and underwear are final sale for hygienic reasons. Start a return by emailing hello@dryheat.co with your order number and we will issue a pre-paid label.

The Drift Sock is Dry Heat’s heavyweight boot sock, made in oatmeal-colored merino + cotton blend. It ships in two heights — Low Drift (ankle) and High Drift (mid-calf) — and two pack sizes (1-pack and 4-pack, $42 to $180). It is designed for long walks, dry heat, and boots that earn their patina.
